Terms of service, risk disclosure, software license, and privacy policy for RATEFOUNDRY products by Rate Foundry.

Software License Terms

By purchasing and downloading any RATEFOUNDRY product, you agree to the following license terms:

  • One license per user. Each purchase grants a single-user license. You may install and run the software on your own machines and trading accounts.
  • No redistribution. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code, compiled binaries, configuration files, dashboards, or any derivative works with third parties.
  • Modifications allowed. You may modify the source code for your own use. Modified versions remain subject to the no-redistribution clause. You may not distribute modified versions.
  • No warranty.The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Rate Foundry disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • Limitation of liability. In no event shall Rate Foundry be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
  • Compliance with laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and exchange Terms of Service in your jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

Rate Foundry takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you purchase a product through Gumroad, Gumroad collects your name, email address, and payment information. Gumroad shares your email address with us for product delivery and updates. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Our website uses no cookies beyond those required for basic functionality. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics services, or advertising networks that collect personal data.

How we use your information

Email addresses are used exclusively for: (1) delivering your product and updates, (2) sending product-related announcements such as version releases and config updates, and (3) responding to support inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

RATEFOUNDRY software does not phone home

Our trading products run entirely on your machine. They communicate only with exchange APIs to execute trades and fetch market data. They do not send your trading data, API keys, balances, or any other information to Rate Foundry or any third party. Your trading remains private.
